Arrive, settle in, and release what no longer serves you with a powerful shaman-led Temazcal ceremony, creating space for positivity and preparing your body for the mineral-rich cenote water cleanse the next day. Followed by a group dinner and a restful night.

Day 2: Fri 10.3

Cenote Cleanse + Snorkeling in Energy Vortex | Mayan Lunch

  • Sunrise meditation

  • 830a - 130 Cenote Cleanse in Energy Vortex | Snorkeling + Traditional Mayan Lunch

  • 3p Free time (Spa, ocean, beach club, Tulum strip & more!)

  • 7p Dinner

Start the day with mindfulness and a light breakfast, then explore hidden cenotes with a local Mayan guide. Snorkel through underground caves, practice breathwork, and soak in the healing mineral waters. After a traditional Mayan lunch, enjoy a relaxing afternoon before dinner at an oceanfront beach club.

Day 3: Sat 10.4

Ice Bath + Breathwork | Vinyasa Yoga

  • 7 Light Breakfast

  • 8 Vinyasa Yoga

  • 9 Free time (Spa, ocean splash, Beach club lounge & more!)

  • 1130 Lunch

  • 330pm Ice bath + Breathwork at private estate, Acacia

  • 7pm Dinner

Flow through oceanview Vinyasa yoga led by Free Bird founder and RYT 200 instructor. Spend the afternoon unwinding at the spa or beach club, then master cold water therapy and Wim Hof breathwork to shift from panic to calm in seconds. End the day with a farm-to-table family-style dinner with your retreat community.

Book by June 30 and enjoy an extra day for free, giving you more time to unwind and make the most of your retreat. This day is all about flexibility—meals and yoga are offered, but you decide how to spend it. Whether it’s relaxing on the beach, exploring town, a spa day, or booking an extra adventure like touring the Mangroves or Mayan Ruins, the choice is yours.
